Lavender 01:06
You planted me, a garden full of lavender, just because, you know I love lavender, we drank champagne in the back of your truck it was, just, the two of us and a guy named Ben he was, your friend, he didn't care where we wanted to go. Where do you want to go? I hope you want to go with me, I'm your middle aged lady dream....
2.
Float Away 03:03
Float Away You learn what you live and you do it day by day. You give more than you take and then you give the rest away. You know what matters and leave the rest behind. And when it all rains down don't lose your piece of mind. When it's dark and cold, when it's all grown old. When there's no one there to hold you down. Just float away When the night train rumbles and it wakes you up. Don't scream at the ceiling because you've had enough. Take the long road down, lose yourself in the sound, throw your arms wide open to the stars. And float away.

Usually Love 03:37
It's Usually Love Well I knew, there'd be trouble, and I knew it long ago. When I let you have your way, with my heart and with my soul. Well my Mama cried, said you were no good, and of course she was right you were bothered. But I knew somehow, it would all work out, though I was damned one way or the other. *So I said, row your boat ashore and lay with me, in the dark of night, beneath the tallest tree.Take your heavy heart and give me some room, to light the way and ignite the gloom. Every now and then, we all lose our minds and it's usually love that's behind it. Well we danced a while and then we walked for miles, with no worries of the world, behind us. Then the sun come up just like it always does and it brings the wising up along with it.Well I loved you once and I loved you much, but there's no fixing what is damned to stay broken. *CHORUS

Cold 03:37
COLD Too many secrets have burned a whole between us. I keep trying to stomp it out but it just makes more smoke. Tommorow's a new day, if you can get through today. Somebody said that, but who is this somebody anyway? CHORUS* And I have no fear, of jumping right to it. Let's say all, that we know to be true. If you don't lie to me, then I won't lie to you. Does that make me cold baby? Does that make me cold? Winter is coming, soon the fire will be humming. Just like an old friend, that I miss so much. I don't like the sun, and I've never been too sentimental. Does that make me cold baby? Does that make me cold? CHORUS* BRIDGE# When does it heal? When do we yell and scream? I've spent my whole life, holding everyone together. What am I holding in place, so hard it makes my hands bleed. Like nails to a cross, or a slap on the face, does that make me cold.....

The Crush 03:16
The Crush If I could get my head, out of your hands Maybe I wouldn't feel the crush, maybe I wouldn't feel the crush. If I could get back all, that I am Maybe this wouldn't hurt so much, maybe this wouldn't hurt so much. * And the carnival band, kept playin. And the evening lights kept fading And your eyes kept staring at the secrets, I keep hidden from the world. When you hit my life so hard It's like you fell out of the sky, and landed right on my heart. Well I knew then, it was do or die. But you had me right from the start, yeah you had me right from the start. * CHORUS Music Break *Chorus

Wicked Storm 05:22
Wicked Storm Piano intro (Tim Longfellow) Sometimes we fail, sometimes twice. You can't learn the lesson, if you're not listening. And maybe the writings on the wall, or maybe it's long since faded, maybe we lie to ourselves to save our hearts. * This wicked storm, this wicked storm, it is finally passing. Or maybe that's just the way I see it. Watching it roll away, won't keep the dark, at bay. Better to close the window and lock up your heart... Music *Chorus Repeat first verse

Growing Weary Look at the tree, you said it would die, pull it up by the roots girl you know it won't thrive. But I did not listen to you then and I'm not listening now. Look at the tree as it holds up the sky, blows with the wind and it holds up the night. Bigger than you and it's bigger than I, ever thought it would be. Don't let me stand, in your way, I have no rules left that I want to break. I may be struggling and I may be down, but don't count me out. Don't make me say, it's time to get on, my words fall deaf and your moment has gone. You are not hungry and you are not strong. And I'm growing weary. How many times have you started again, how many fights did you say you would win, just to lose at the very end, with the world looking on. How many times did I stand by your side, how many lovers did I pray would die. Just to fight for a prize, that I never wanted.
10.
WOULD YOU CRY If you came to me, all washed up by the waves on the sea. If I pulled you out, woke you up with a kiss on the mouth. Would you cry?? If I let you sail away, would you come back to me one day? If I let you be, would you still remember me? Would you try?? I have loved you for so long, can't explain it in side of a song. But I know it's time, to own up to the pain in our lives. I was wrong....

Sorry Mister 01:29
Sorry Mister When the rain came down, she stayed out in it. Dancing round and round and round like a dervish. The little whole in the wall where she drinks her dinner, has a happy hour til 8 and music on the radio. A guy name Artie tends the bar, gives her the shoulder. He grows colder and colder as she grows older. Artie called her a cab, she got in it, without thinking, said I've got nowhere to go, sorry mister, I've been drinkin.

Oh Virginia 02:47
Oh Virginia You are my wishing tree, you are my pot of gold, you are the canvas for a thousand stories I've been told. You are my destiny, you hold my family bones, deep in the soil of those mountains where they used to roam. OH Virginia.... You are my sun at noon, you are my moon at night, you are the dream inside that fuels me when the darkness bites. If ever I've been blessed, it's by your lovlieness, deep in the silence of the winter when the snows confess. How much you mean to me, from mountains to the sea. Oh Virginia.... If ever I should fall, from these highs I fly, I hope the burden of my burden doesn't leave me dry. But when they finally claim, this body and this pain, I hope to find my broken wholeness in your arms again...Oh Virginia
